Saving and reusing posts in your Evergreen library
Keep your best posts with images, tags and a sharing history, and post from your phone.
Save a post
- 1Open Content, then Evergreen library.
- 2Add a post, or save one from the 365 prompts, your ideas or your long-form writing.
- 3Choose its pillar, theme, platform and tags so you can find it again.
- 4Add images, or a link to files kept elsewhere such as a Dropbox folder.
Find themed posts fast
Filter by pillar, theme, platform or type, and tap a tag to see everything with it. Switch between Grid and List, whichever you prefer.
Keep a sharing history
Each post has a share log. Record the date, the platform and a link every time you post it, so you can see what has gone out and when.
Posting from your phone
- 1Open the post in your Evergreen library.
- 2Press Save on the image to download it to your phone.
- 3Press Copy on the caption, then paste it into your social app.
Questions this answers
- What is the evergreen library for?
- It holds posts worth using more than once. Anything you like from the 365 day prompts, your ideas or your longform work can be saved to evergreen and pulled back out whenever you need something to publish.
- Can I track where I have shared a post?
- Yes. Every post in the content areas has a share log. Record the date, the platform and a link, and you build a history of what has gone out and where.
- What is the difference between pillars and core themes?
- Pillars are the subject areas you post about. Core themes are the deeper beliefs that run through everything you say. Pillars decide the topic, themes decide the point of view.
- How much space do I have for images?
- Every membership includes 50 MB for images saved to your content library, which is plenty for most people because images are made smaller as you upload them. You can see your usage in Settings, and add an extra 1 GB for 5 pounds a month if you need it. Links to files kept elsewhere, such as Dropbox, use no space at all.
