Your profile and writing voice

Help IMVICA write in your voice, and manage your password, images and allowance.

Update your profile

Open the account menu and choose Edit profile. Changes save as you go and feed into everything IMVICA writes for you.

Make drafts sound like you

  4. 4If a draft misses the mark, use the notes box to say exactly what to change, then run it again.

Password and email address

Choose Change password from the account menu. To change the email address on your account, send a support request under Billing and account.

Image space and writing allowance

Every membership includes 50 MB for images, with an optional extra 1 GB for 5 pounds a month. The AI writing tools have a generous monthly allowance, and Settings lets you know if you get close.

What information do the AI builders use?
Your profile, your tone of voice notes, your ideal client avatars, your project details and anything you upload to Knowledge. The more you give it, the closer the drafts land to your own voice.
How do I change my password?
Open the account menu in the top right and choose Change password. You can also reset it from the sign-in screen if you are locked out.
How do I update my bio, headshot and details?
Open the account menu in the top right and choose Edit profile. Changes save as you go and feed into everything IMVICA writes for you.
How do I make the writing sound more like me?
In Profile and settings, fill in your tone of voice and add a few examples of your own writing. The more IMVICA knows about your voice and audiences, the closer the drafts will feel.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Send us a support request under Billing and account and we will update it for you safely.
How much space do I have for images?
Every membership includes 50 MB for images saved to your content library, which is plenty for most people because images are made smaller as you upload them. You can see your usage in Settings, and add an extra 1 GB for 5 pounds a month if you need it. Links to files kept elsewhere, such as Dropbox, use no space at all.
Is there a limit on how much I can use the AI writing tools?
There is a generous monthly allowance that covers normal use. If you get close to it, Settings will let you know and offer a higher usage option. Nothing you have written is ever lost.
