Working through actions

Add actions, focus on one project, schedule time and add it to your calendar.

What an action is

A guided piece of work: short lessons, worksheets that save as you type, and builders that draft for you. Mark actions complete and revisit them any time.

Add and work on one

  1. 1Open the Actions library and press Preview to look inside.
  2. 2Press Add to my actions.
  3. 3Work through it at your own pace. Everything saves as you go.

Book time for it

  1. 1Open the action and choose Schedule.
  2. 2Pick a date, time and how long you need.
  3. 3Add it to Google or Outlook, or download a calendar file. It also appears in your Planner.

Focus on one project

Use the switch at the top of My actions to see everything, your overall brand, or one project.

Questions this answers

What exactly is an action?
An action is a guided piece of work: short lessons, worksheets that save as you type, and AI builders that draft for you. Examples include your LinkedIn profile, book gifting outreach, speaking and events, and your top tips post. You can mark actions complete and revisit them any time.
Can I see only the actions for one project?
Yes. Use the scope control at the top of My actions to switch between everything, your overall brand, or a single project.
Why does an action look like it appears twice?
Only the version with your progress on it should show. If you ever see a duplicate, refresh the page. If it persists, send us a support request from the help chat and include the action name.
Can I put an action in my calendar?
Yes. Schedule an action with a date, time and duration, then add it to Google, Outlook or download an .ics file. If you reschedule inside IMVICA, remember to update the copy sitting in your own calendar.
The draft is not quite right. What now?
Most builders have a notes field where you can tell the generator what to fix, then run it again. Being specific works best: name the tone, the length and the thing you want removed.
